Public Broadcasting Service to create camera ready CD covers, VCR tape jackets and other related promotional merchandise.
Packaging design is the last 10% of any organizations' marketing cost and is crucial
for its' success. Since most companies can't afford an in-house design department, a proven track record is the most reliable
way of judging possible imperatives of competing design firms. What started out as a one-time design initiative for the Public Broadcasting Service to create a template and several examples of cover designs for the PBS Program Guide resulted in the generation of dozens of CD covers and VHS jackets for PBS programming, even though they have their own 'in-house' design department, they figured their bird in hand wasn't better than a few in the bush! |
